Five Ideas for Self Care

With the hustle and bustle of 2021 behind us, Camera Ambassador will be taking a much-needed rest for the upcoming few weeks! In that time, we hope to practice self-care for the upcoming break so that we can come back better than ever to serve our wonderful community!

We hope that you have a healing end-of-the-year. In that vein, we’ve rounded up our ideas for self-care, Camera Ambassador-style!

	Go on Long Walks! Mindfully create time in your schedule to go where your feet take you! Allow yourself the room to think and reflect outside the home can be super calming! 	Find a Reason to Laugh! Life’s too short to be serious all the time! Loosen up by turning on your favorite comedy special or watching a sitcom that you adore!!!
