Pickup at our shop at CineCity Studios is always our preferred option, but we're happy to ship rentals within the U.S. We don't ship outside the U.S.

Here's how shipping works:

• We ship by UPS, timed so your gear arrives one day before your first shoot day.
• You cover the full cost of shipping both ways, fully insured and overnight.
• We ship to an address we've verified with you.
• Once the gear arrives, you have one hour to inspect it and email us a signed, dated, and initialed Inspection of Inventory form. If we don't hear from you within that hour, the gear is considered received in good working order.
• Before you ship it back, complete an Inspection of Inventory, and make sure the gear is back to us by the return date on your Rental Agreement.

Taking gear outside Illinois needs our written approval first.
